6. Sign-in must be completed at the tournament venue between 9:45 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. on Saturday May 7th, 2005 ("Tournament Day"). Anyone that is unable to do this may be subject to forfeiting their pre-registration, without refund, in the event that there is an active wait list.
7. Wait list registration will be open from 10:00 A.M. until 10:10 A.M. Pre-registered participants may continue to sign-in during this time.
8. All Tournament Registration will close at 10:10 A.M. or after the maximum number of participants has been registered and signed-in.
11. All participants can find easy access to the gym by using the Metro - the Orange Line's Clarendon Metro Station is about two blocks away.
12. Online Registration will close at 12:00 A.M. (midnight) on Tournament Day. Email questions regarding the tournament can be accepted until 8:00 A.M. that morning.
