Workcamp Fundraiser - February 11th



















1. 100% of all proceeds from this event will go toward our Workcamp trip this summer!

6. Be sure to bring friends (to play or cheer you on) so that we can give Bailey's lots of business during the tournament! We are very grateful to them for generously sharing their facility for our fundraiser!

7. Sign-in must be completed at the tournament venue between 12:00 P.M. and 12:45 P.M. on Saturday February 11, 2006 ("Tournament Day"). Anyone that is unable to do this may be subject to forfeiting their pre-registration, without refund, in the event that there is an active wait list.

8. Wait list registration will be open from 12:45 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. Pre-registered participants may continue to sign-in during this time.

9. All Tournament Registration will close at 1:00 P.M. or after the maximum number of participants has been registered and signed-in. Seating will be randomly assigned at 1:10 P.M.

10. Tournament play will begin at 1:30 P.M.

11. Opportunities to both "add-on" and "re-donate" will be provided before and during tournament play.

13. All participants can find easy access to Bailey's by using the Metro - the Orange Line's Ballston Metro Station is about two blocks away.

14. Online Registration will close at 12:00 A.M. (midnight) on Tournament Day. Email questions regarding the tournament can be accepted until 8:00 A.M. that morning.
